Kokomo Clotters has its roots when our family began to foster and later adopt a little boy with Hemophilia A, severe factor VIII deficiency. We knew nothing about this disorder when we began fostering him, but soon learned that Hemophilia is a genetic blood disorder that prevents the body from producing the clotting factor needed to heal a bleed. Since then, we have joined with Hemophilia of Indiana to raise funds to find a cure for Hemophilia in our children's lifetime.
